Rosalie Fei
Rosie began her yoga practise over 13 years ago as a way to explore movement beyond ballet. Now 500+hr certified, Rosie teaches vinyasa and ashtanga to a diverse student base with the aim of inviting everyone in, no matter your experience. Her approach is to empower the practitioner to understand their own bodies, test their limits, and be playful with the shapes. Her classes are down to earth and practical, while acknowledging the rich history and traditions of yoga. Expect to be challenged (maybe with a handstand or too!) but also to be completely restored and nourished.
You can find Rosie's public classes at Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Melbourne, Science of Jiu jitsu, and Shared Space.
